Welcome to Neatbox. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Neatbox website and any purchases made through it. Neatbox operates in Canada and all transactions are subject to Canadian law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on your location. Free delivery is available on orders of $70 CAD or more. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone number on file.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product

An unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed package is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neatbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Neatbox and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
